For our client, a well-known shared service center in Bucharest, we are looking for an enthusiastic and performance-driven Talent Acquisition Partner.

Your new role
You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, maintain relationships with hiring managers and develop relationships with key decision-makers, covering various areas of expertise and seniority levels.

What you'll need to succeed

Min. 3 years of mass recruitment experience in a recruitment agency or/and SSC/BPO/Call Centre
HR project management skills
Strong communication skills, proactive and results driven person
English - Advanced (other foreign language is a plus)
Proactive, independent and results driven person
