For one of our clients, who plays an important role in engineering field, including Project Management and Construction, we are looking for a Contract Manager to join the team in Bucharest or Cluj.
Your new role

• Have overall understanding of the tendering procedures
• Preparing tender packages for inquiry, ensuring formatting compliance of the said tendering documents to the Company’s internal procedure
• Contracts Administration including Payments management as defined by specific contracts
• Maintaining relationships with multiple interfaces (management, client, vendors)
• Participate to all project meetings and keeping minutes of meetings, action list
• Support the project team with formatting of the documents conform to the Company standard
• Working in strict co-operation with the Project Manager to ensure project progress status integration

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering/Technical, Law or Economist Degree would represent an advantage)
• Min 2-3 years of contract administration
• Willing to travel abroad and/or relocate Project based – would be a plus
• Min. 3 years’ experience on similar position or procurement background
