Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative wanted in Bucharest!
Your new role

  • Receive and process Customer orders
  • Oversee all steps from order reception until Customer delivery.
  • Check with Production for availability of goods and communicate the outcome to customers and sales representative.
  • Communicate with Customers and/or Account Managers on matters concerning placed orders.
  • Communicate and expedite late orders.
  • Act as a central communication point between Sales/logistic and other relevant departments
  • Prepare and send out Reports to Sales on regular basis.

What you'll need to succeed

  • University Graduate with at least 1 year of experience in customer service function.
  • Fluency in English; Greek or Italian language will be considered a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP system and Excel - a plus
