Finance Business Partner wanted for Turda area!
Your new role
  • Provides high quality business partnering and accurate, actionable financial analysis and insight to the Site managers.
  • Provides financial and strategic expertise to drive informed decisions and optimal return on resources and investments, driving effective financial control processes, insightful financial planning and value-oriented support to the business.
  • Understands key business issues and their impact on financial result.
  • Deeply understands of dependancies between actions taken and financial results of the Site.
  • Coaching and support of sites management in basical finance metrics
  • Independently conducts monthly review meetings with budget holders and to act as a key point of contact to support the budget holders with financial issues, budget and investment proposals
  • Makes presentations of financial performance, full year forecasts and budget variances including understanding financial opportunities and risk

What you'll need to succeed

  • University degree (finance, accounting)
  • Fluent English
  • 8 years finance experience in multinational organisation, broad business experience
  • Clear understanding of CTO processes
  • Experience of running and performing budgeting or forecasting processes.
