FP&A Manager wanted in Bucharest for a biopharmaceutical company!
Your new role
FP&A Manager will help provide insight on financial performance to help drive decision-making;
Will support Central Europe & Adriatics region FP&A by participating to the provision of relevant analysis on actual or future performance to Cluster Leadership Team and governance bodies;
Key Internal stakeholders: Group Controller, Group CFO, Investor Relations, Division controllers, Consolidation & Financial Systems teams;
Key External contacts: Potential interactions with external auditors;
Role will include:
Cluster controlling;
Business partnering;
Local finance partner for Romanian affiliate;
Enhance finance practices & tools;
What you'll need to succeed
Solid Background: business school or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering;
A minimum of 5 years experience in Finance positions;
Fluent in English;
Exposure to different ERP & technical skills
Excellent knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint and comfortable with IT systems (TM1 is a plus)
