For one of our clients, a globally specialized company in steel products, we are looking for a Head of Sales to coordinate the sales team in Romania, Bucharest area.

Your new role
  • Drive value-based sales and hitting sales targets for assigned business area by successfully managing the sales team
  • Achieve profitable sales by managing sales volume, product mix, selling price, contract management and costs
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that improves customer base and ensure a strong presence
  • Have up to date market awareness by monitoring supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
  • Creating of reliable forecasting, budgeting and effective planning
  • Maps customer potential and generates new opportunities for the business a
  • Develop the sales department to the right competence level by coaching team members, as well as new recruiting
  • Take initiative and contribute to continuous improvement, as well as new recruiting
  • Monitor business set ups to create an efficient order flow, as well as pushes for customer hand over to Order Service for daily management
