Your new role

This role plays an important role in Back Office function and will require a variety of skills to undertake the following responsibilities:

  • 1st contact with sales team & data center (data admin team for Customer Master Data and Price Master Data)
  • Ensuring policies and processes are understood and followed by internal colleagues
  • Attend Sales meeting across cluster & present country specifics
  • Attend BO calls as and when required
  • Train Sales / FO on process improvements – changes that may affect them and on updates on policies

What you'll need to succeed

  • Ability to understand processes and offer suggested improvements;
  • SAP user - a plus;
  • Excellent administration/organization skills and prioritization;
  • Financial awareness - a plus;
  • University degree;
  • German Proficiency;
  • Conversant English;
