Your new role
This role plays an important role in Back Office function and will require a variety of skills to undertake the following responsibilities:
- 1st contact with sales team & data center (data admin team for Customer Master Data and Price Master Data)
- Ensuring policies and processes are understood and followed by internal colleagues
- Attend Sales meeting across cluster & present country specifics
- Attend BO calls as and when required
- Train Sales / FO on process improvements – changes that may affect them and on updates on policies
What you'll need to succeed
- Ability to understand processes and offer suggested improvements;
- SAP user - a plus;
- Excellent administration/organization skills and prioritization;
- Financial awareness - a plus;
- University degree;
- German Proficiency;
- Conversant English;
