Your new role

AGENDA & EVENTS PREPARATION
The agenda of the Country President is scheduled and organized and managed in a pro-active manner (making appropriate judgments where conflicts arise) whilst ensuring that he/she is kept up to date with all changes;
Accountability taken for Country President’s events
Accountability taken for Country President’s and SMT’s business travel arrangements inclusive of tickets, transport and accommodation arrangements ensuring that transfer arrangements are scheduled as required;

COMMUNICATION, MAIL and OTHER CORRESPONDENCE
The communication between Country President, SMT members, ALT members and employees is enabled
Good communication between Country President and company stakeholders is facilitated;
Translations of reports, presentations and correspondence as requested

SAFETY & HEALTH
Permanent check and update of global SHE standards and cascade to local RO market
Complete all new SHE policies and procedures with Read and Sign status and attend
Coordination with SHE Manager for setting internal meetings

What you'll need to succeed

Excellent planning and organizing skills;
Customer oriented attitude;
Attention to detail, pro-activeness and confidentiality;
Discretion and high ethical standards;
Fluent in spoken and written English;
Very good computer skills;
