Sales Manager
Sales Manager looking to join a global supply chain leader, who also has a vision to build a strong team ?
Your new role
- Create and execute Sales Strategy, including approach towards new sectors and with new solutions
- Lead all sales related activities in Romania
- Identify major opportunities and lead development of a sales plan to achieve targets
- Control commercial proposals, offering newest solutions, procedures and processes
- Build senior level relationships with prospects
- At least 6 years of experience in managing sales of services to large organisations with complex decision making processes (Hunter profile)
- Fluent English and Romanian
- Supply chain experience highly desired
- Proven success in delivering to challenging sales targets
- People management experience of medium or large sized teams
