For one of our clients, a leading paper and cardboard supplier for several industries, we are looking for a Sales Manager to join their Visual Communication department in Bucharest.

Your new role

• Identify new potential customers and new business opportunities
• Manage and expand the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence on the market
• Negotiate and conclude contracts with customers
• Prepare periodically sales forecasts
• Coordinate a team of two sales representatives
• Constantly overseeing the sales team, supporting them in the sales process and helping them build long-term customer relationships

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in sales in VisCom
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively
• Mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Client orientation and ability to build professional relationships
• Sales and negotiation skills
• Conversational level of English, both written and spoken
• Good command of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
