Your new role (Full REMOTE)

Incident Management for IT manufacturing (emails and tickets, outbound calls, on call duty);
Monitoring Alerts and servers;
Other knowledge documentation activities.

Qualifications
Language skills: English and German (fluent speaking and writing);
Previous technical support experience 1-2 years;
Willingness to work in a 24/7/365 shift mode from 2023 (business hours until then);
Communicative person;
Problem-solving;
Solution-oriented.
Will be a plus knowledge of: Linux, Docker, GIT and/or Ansible.
