We are looking for a Service Engineer with experience on industrial field to join the team in Bucharest.

Your new role

• Installing machines/equipment’s sold by the company at customer premises
• Offers customer training for the machines/equipment’s sold by the company
• Responds to customer complaints; evaluates and resolves technical problems of the customer regarding machines/equipment’s sold by the company
• Regular reports and feedback on the performed services
• Works alone/ in team, depending on the projects complexity
• Works alongside with after sales(administrative) team
• Works alongside with sales engineers
• Develops and maintains relations with customers

What you'll need to succeed

• An associate technical degree is the minimum requirement for a service engineer.
• Knowledge in customer service principles and practices are essential as well as some administrative procedures
• Minimum 2 years in similar job position
• No certification or license is required for a service engineer although employment opportunities are greater for those with certifications.
