Responsabilites:

• Responsible for maintaining and improving of HSE integrated management system
• Ensures resources and participate to the actions defined based on management analysis
• Pursue the achievement of periodical HSE inspections, to prevent any undesirable events
• Identify the treats and evaluates the risks for each element of work system and employee, task, work equipment and work environment/ workplace
• Develops and updates the prevention and protection plan
• Propose responsibilities related to HSE for all employees’ job descriptions
• Participates to events research according to Romanian legislation
• Collaborates with employees, representatives, external services, for prevention and protection, occupational medicine doctor, to coordinate prevention and protection measures
• Plans and organize the civil protection training activity of employees
• Informs management about the responsibilities and the organization regarding environment area, updates when necessary and informs, users and any interested persons
• Performs other duties assigned by primary manager or management, having a previous training accordingly

Qualifications:

• Technical university bachelor
• Specific legislation certification- Risk evaluator
• Previous relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English
• Excellent MS package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) knowledge
• Self-learner
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Ability & desire to implement change across multiple levels
• Understanding of HSE regulatory requirements and professional best practices.
• Must have exceptional skills in building interpersonal relationships, including high degree of tact, diplomacy and ability to influence.
• Effectively interfaces with employees at all organizational levels.
