Trade Marketing Specialist

For one of our clients, leading international company offering a complete range of heating and water heating systems and services, we are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist.

Your new role
  • Translate marketing strategies, brand initiatives and product launch plans into customised trade marketing plans by channel/account;
  • Responsible for development of trade visibility in POS, in assign areas of PRO channel and DIY channel;
  • Develop and adapt product communication materials, based on global product portfolio, according with local insights and local portfolio (catalogues, flyers, product layouts, online KIT for current and new products, data sheets);
  • Coordinate trade agencies, company clients and sales team to implementing POS agreed visibility, in the specific timeline of the project;
  • Develop and execute different events to support marketing objectives:
  • Maintaining relationship with local distributors on assigned areas and developing local communication and trade projects;
  • Maintaining relationship with DIY sales team, proposing annual activation plan and implementing initiatives on DIY channel (sales incentives, DIY store openings, DIY events and trainings);
  • Budget control for assigned projects: manage purchase request, cost estimates, contracts, approval process;
  • Analyze ROI and KPIs on each project/initiative;

What you'll need to succeed
  • Expertise in trade marketing and BTL knowledge, in a B2C segment, is mandatory
  • Expertise in B2C communication/ brand management is a major plus
  • Working with different suppliers for producing trade materials
  • Working with design agencies to develop layouts, trade communication materials
  • Strong project management skills
  • Organising events (commercial partners, trade, clients’ sales persons)
  • Budget management
  • Good communication skills, excellent organisational skills
  • Able to meet deadlines, set and follow priorities
  • Fluency in English
  • Very good PC knowledge (MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point);
  • Dynamic personality, flexible, customer focus;
  • Team-player, Able to work in teams as well as individually
